One of the good looking store's in Guwahati. Situated at a very prime location and serving a large group of masses.The store is neat clean and very attractive.

Collection is good for mobiles, laptops, AC, refrigerators, washing machines, geysers etc. They have got all the electronics items covered. They offer discounts, free delivery and installation. You can buy items for EMI also. Recommended.

Not a good experience. Visited on 10th February enquiring about the iPhone 17. I was quoted a price with a discount. The salesperson mentioned that the discount offer is valid till 14th Feb. I then called them on 11th Feb asking about the price and discount and they confirmed that the discount is valid till 14th. I visited their store today (12th Feb) to get the phone. Today another salesperson tells me that there has been a confusion and that the discount was only valid for that specific day (10th Feb). They did add some discount which more or less matched the promised discount, so no issues with that. During all our conversations, I have repeatedly told them the color I wanted and yet today they didn't have that model and had to source it from somewhere else (which according to them would take half an hour).So they ask me to go to the 2nd floor for the billing. On the counter there are two people sat with no acknowledgement that there was a paying customer sitting in front of them. I even asked once if this is the correct place for billing and they nodded but no action or words. After waiting for around 10 minutes and exploring the 2nd floor, I asked what the status was and they replied that it'll take half an hour (still!) to get the phone. Then when I was walking out they took my number for billing, but that was all the patience I had and I cancelled the purchase.

The guy in the "BLUE SHIRT" was constantly nitpicking the sales guy about something else (disturbing to be exact) when he was explaining me about some particular product which i found was very unprofessional and annoying. I believe he is in some sort of a higher position than the sales guy with spectacle but the roles seemed to be vice versa. Please (just a suggestion) everyone in whatsoever place is working should have some sort of linear decency. {No Offence}

Horrible horrible experience!! Bought 70k ka laptop 3days back only and now it’s not working i tried contacting the store and they keep telling me my c/n details are not there on there billing list and then gave me staff ka number he was sooo rude and cut the call right away!!! Don’t buy from them again!!!!!!!!

You will find all electronic items in one place. Team Leader Ratul will guide you through all the products just ask him and he will provide the best product for you... other staff are also very helpful and polite. Finance is also available in store
