I recently purchased Havells Storage Geyser from Reliance Digital - Central Mall Store . Just want to take you through a harrowing experience . The product was found to be defective during unboxing by Havells technician . Fine it happens at times . But the real problem started after lodging complaint with ResQ Customer support. They don’t have any coordination with the OEM (Havells) neither does Havells have with ResQ. ResQ told me that Havells representative shall visit to verify to complaint and put a defective tag for a replacement. Some random call from Reliance Customer Support - Mumbai comes to find out whether the product is installed or not !!! . Funny means they are not even updated about the issue. Now why does this doesn’t happen at the time of installation if at all the technician found the product defective prior to installation during unboxing. If it would have been reported then this would save time . It was ridiculous and also surprising for me to get them coordinated . ResQ says we are not updated by Havells regarding complaint. Just to get the product tagged “defective” by Havells it took a weeks time!!! Now another problem has aroused that the serial no of the product is not perceivable by Havells!! The ResQ team requests me to take a close view pic of the serial no and send them in Watsapp . Ridiculous !!!!! They don’t even have a proper protocol of replacement. Now I am just pissed off that when can I get my product replaced . I even met the ResQ Manager personally to express my frustration on this. But to surprise it seems it’s their routine process of handling complaints . To conclude I should say that Reliance Digital - Central Mall - Christian Basti - Guwahati is worst in dealing customer support.

I recently went to Reliance Digital, and my first thought was how nice and clean the store looked. It was big and organized, making it easy to just walk around and look at all the electronics. ​The people working there were really friendly and quick to notice if I needed help. The funny part is, an employee actually asked me to write a review even though I didn't buy anything! ​Since I didn't purchase anything, I can't really comment on the products or how good the customer service is after a sale. The request for a review felt a little strange since I hadn't made a final decision. However, the store is very welcoming, and the staff were generally helpful, so that part left a good impression.

It's good..we have been purchasing from reliance digital since past 5 years. They make a good offers and discount which makes items more affordable. Thank you. Just bought a 65 inch led sony tv. Would be great if it gets delivered and service for installation quickly.

Hello sir/maam, I would like to notify that your “BOAT” Authorised servicing outlet at Northeast, Guwahati, Assam; which is located in Tarun Nagar L.L Tower guwahati- 781005, is very unprofessional and pathetic. The reason i am saying this is because the guy which you guys have appointed to help the clients is not at all worthy for your brand. I asked him to fix my Boat speaker back on 10th or 11th of November 2025, as i was facing some technical issues regarding the sound. I bought the speaker on 16th of October 2025 and after fee weeks it started to have craking sound while playing the music. The main issue is that “Your Guy”, when i went to give my speaker he said i need to fill some formalities and also asked me to give a PDF copy of the bill as he mentioned that you guys “ Boat Team” doesn’t accept Physical copy of the bill. So i again went to Reliance Digital to get the pdf copy and i send him the pdf on whatsapp. The week passed and even after calling him multiple times he didnt revert me back and also whenever he picks up the call he says he is in a meeting or the store is closed etc etc… This went on uptill yesterday i.e 18th of November 2025. Today i decided that its enough and went to get back my speaker and fix it myself from a local store. When i asked him to give me back the speaker, he told me to get a tokken. I refused as i didnt wanted his help to fix my speaker and asked him gently to return my speaker. He started telling me that the speaker is not fixable and even if i try to fix elsewhere i wont get any parts. If he is soo concerned about me then what he was doing all this days? He could have told me on day one itself that it cnt be done. After that i took the speaker went to reliance digital in central mall guwahati where the same thing repeated. I don’t understand one thing that why whenever we go for a purchase the sales personals fly around us like “FRUIT-FLIES” and when we go for a repair or fixation of any product, the same personals will put there hands up and say that we cnt resolve the issue. My question to both the company BOAT AND RELIANCE is that why you guys cnt follow the basic hospitality SOP for your outlets? I understand you both are globally a huge market but still, atleast dont harass your customer like this. I myself am from a hospitality background and it feels ashamed to say that the big companies hire such people to run the outlets. Why not give them proper training and situations on how to handle things? If required give me that contract of training your personals and i will 110% give you better results. Have you guys the management team has seen the reviews you guys are getting? No standards, No discipline, and not even have the manner on how to talk to customer’s and guest. You guys are giving them salary to work for you and they dont even care. I have given the speaker to reliance digital store where i got it from and since they cnt help me in fixing it, the staff can keep it and play music on that crappy speaker. Just a humble request to both the companies “ HIRE PROFESSIONALS OR TRAIN THE STAFF BETTER” coz i wont be comming for any purchase from these two companies soon. SHAME ON YOU GUYS.

Very good mall. Employees were really polite and friendly. I was talking with one of their employee Rahul Thakur who explained me every detail about the product i was looking very. Very friendly and polite employee. Felt like I was talking to someone whom I knew from a really long time. Honest and really professional. Thank you Reliance Digital.

" from last 1 year I had a plan to buy jbl partybox 710, due to some reasons I couldn't come here, but I was in contact with the staff, and i told that I would buy asa soon as possible. So finally today on 09/10/2025 I have bought JBL partybox 710 from Central mall, Reliance...it was my good experience with the staff, they gave me proper time, proper details about the product. I am happy with them...and next time surely I will visit again.
