I was genuinely disappointed with my consultation. It felt rushed and more transactional than patient-focused. Even after reviewing my CT scan, there was no clear explanation or hypothesis about what might be causing my throat infection. I was hoping to understand what could be going on and why, but that conversation never really happened. What upset me the most was the doctor’s attitude. My questions were met with clear impatience and a dismissive tone, which felt outright rude.I expected basic courtesy and a willingness to explain.

Went for a blocked and pain in ear. Gave me minimal medication and helped to solve the infection properly. Earlier I visited a different ENT specialist, but they gave me lots of costly tablets. So thanks to Dr. Agarwala for the calm environment, answering all my questions and for not giving unnecessary costly medications like others. As a middle class people, it really helps.

Do we need to pay for every visit, even if a patient came after just 3 days for revisit and consultation?

I went for my dust allergy and runny nose before I had went to 2 -3 doctors they gave medicines but didn't work this doctor prescribed just one nasal spray and boom I am cured and this review is being written after 5 months of the visit . This doc. Is legit and I would recommend you go to him

After seeing all good comments/ reviews I went to Dr. Agarwal 's clinic for throat checkup. After checkup he said I had no issues and prescribed to take tab placida(Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets - 2 strips for 10 days) which was meant for mental disorders . Is this what you say the right treatment ?

One of the best ENT doctor in Guwahati, I was suffering from very dangerous ear pain of my right side when I visit his chamber, Dr. Bimal Kumar Agarwala said internal damage in my ear for that reason water drop falls everytime from my ear, sir suggest me some medicine and cleaned my ear and also said I have to come for cleaning regularly which was very helpful for me. By taking medicine I almost got relief from pain and gave me one ear test after that told me to continue medicine and I totally fine only within 2 weeks... which was really great within a short period I totally recovered...THANK YOU VERY MUCH SIR.

I have know Dr. Bimal Ji for last 15 years now. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. He gives best recommendations for any problems faced by the patient.
