Dr Deepanava Jyoti Das | Best Ent Specialist In Guwahati

I am not sure about the quality of this doctor’s diagnosis, but his counselling skills are extremely poor. He seems to have no understanding of how to communicate with a patient who is already mentally and physically distressed. I met with a very serious accident in December 2024, after which I developed ear-related issues. I was already very anxious and afraid. I had a fractured zygomatic bone and was suffering from ear blockage and tinnitus. Whenever I asked this doctor whether these problems would improve, his response was always casual and dismissive, saying things like “this will happen” without any proper explanation or reassurance. Such counselling is highly unprofessional and insensitive. A doctor’s most important quality should be empathy and proper counselling, especially for a traumatised patient. Instead of relief, visiting this doctor only increased my stress. Overall, I did not feel confident or comfortable under his care.

At first, I highly recommend Sir Dr. Deepanava Jyoti Das for a smooth and effective treatment. I would like to thank you a lot for helping me with my problem.I really appreciate your behaviour and treatment.As I was suffering from a severe ear problem but now a year later after my treatment, I feel a lot better than before and my hearing sense has also improved.
