Cafe Shillong, Guwahati

Cafe Shillong is located in a very convenient part of the city. However, the food was fairly average and didn’t quite stand out compared to some of the other dining options in the city. The staff also came across as somewhat indifferent, and the service could have been more warm and welcoming.

Easy to locate. Situated in zoo road area. Near Ambika Giri petrol pump. One of my favorite go to places. The ambience is amazing. Never too crowded. Always decent crowd. Good food. Place to have good conversations. Sandwiches are really good. Desserts are worth trying. You can sit here for few hours and enjoy beautiful evenings here. Definitely recommend.

Ambience is very good. Centrally located with a small parking. Food is good but little on the pricier side. Service (even during Corona times) was good. Overall 4/5.

So it’s situated at the Guwahati Address only. Really liked the noodle, veg spring role and had two slice of lemon pie. Everything was delicious but Lemon pie was the best.

This restaurant is a high end one. The property looks really good. Ambiance wise it is just OK. The menu is not value for money, according to me it's overpriced. Taste wise Ok. There is something that really pisses me off when the staff can't speak Local language or instructed not to. I ordered grill chicken sandwich and chicken lasagna. The lasagna was horrible in taste.

The cafe is located in The Guwahati Address Hotel. The menu lacked a lot and the items were tad too expensive. Serving size was very small with respect to the pricing. Didn't find it worth another visit. They need to work on their prices and serving sizes.

Service was prompt but encountered 2 problems. First they forgot to serve our coffee order for quiet sometime and had to remind them about it. Second we were offered either mashed potato or rice as side dish to which we selected rice but they served mashed potato. Mashed potato turned out to be very tasty but shouldn't have happened with the order. Rest food was tasty and had good portion. Price justified the quantity and taste.
