Hey if your mood is good then requested to not to visit this store as I bought a lakh of rupees jewellery and spoiled my whole mood becouse of the cashier I don't know how they are recruiting useless person in the position of Cashier. Seriously hell with this person bought a lakh of rupees of jewellery and waited for 1hr for billing but this rude person hell my full mood so carefully while visiting this branch. #The main point is of the store is customer is god seriously and this person insulting the customer what a joke...

Everubody does business with customers but only a few maintain a good customer relation and Reliance group is one of it... 14.07.2023 This time I have one simple complaint please provide with parking facilities to the customers

Worst customer service ever.Very egoistic service.Go to tanishq if you want GOOD service.

The store has got a decent collection when you compare it with stores of other brands in its vicinity. But once you complete your purchase, they don’t care a dime about epithets like “valued customer”, “brand loyalist” etc. The way they abandon their customers after purchase makes your mind spiral down into a guilt-hole, with you admonishing yourself: “Why did I even consider visiting this store?” Absolutely spiteful behaviour from the staff. Never coming back ever again.

Useless customer service.No facility of water and I think there a person he is FM he have unproper training and knowledge how to manage a store. Service are not priority but atleast how talk to a customer as a FM required to knowing that.

Pathetic customer service . Worst store , the cashier took almost 1hr to print the bills. And also whole process of buying 2 things almost took 3 hours . The sales girl was also too lazy very unprofessional. I will never suggest anyone to buy jewellery from them .

We arrived at 8pm, it was raining n almost no customer by the time we arrived. They were not welcoming well till 10/15 min, the moment I decide to buy a chain they started offering us water, tea n coffee. I told them to get the bill ready then I realised why should I buy from the store who welcome the customer only when they decide to buy. So I left the store without any second thoughts

It is nice to know that your company takes the time to get to know their customers. I am very pleased with my purchases and wish that I would of found you earlier!Thank you for everything! The items are of high quality, the service is superb and packaging is impeccable. I will definitely visit again... highly recommended... Lastly I will like to take time to appreciate Anwesha ma'am. Highly professional with such polite behaviour. Makes her customers comfortable, providing all necessary information required.
