Lenskart.com at Hatigaon, Guwahati (First Lens Replacement Free)

They handed me the specs with just a card box , they don't give me the specs box or cover to keep it securely . And then they give an excuse with we recieved it like this only we don't get any specs box with it. I'm an old customer of lenskart but this thing really fade me up. Sorry

Worst service. Recently went for lens replacement under "free lens replacement" scheme. I have progressive power. A girl, who considered herself as Queen of Assam refused and said that i must pay minimum 3k!!! I told her that Rs. 450 is minimum amount besides Rs. 200 booking amount,as mentioned in lenskart application, but that queen refused. Later in another lenskart store i got it for Rs. 650. So, lenskart company should take strict action against such employees and kick them out from job.

I went there one afternoon to look for frame. There were probably 5 or more employees. And none of them came up to me and offered services. I asked them to show some frames, one came, i had some questions wanted to ask, and they were nowhere to be seen, went somewhere inside. They ignored me so bad i could have stole something and they wouldn't have even know. Really pathetic service

Worst staff..We were told buy 1 get 1 free but when we went to collect the product they had other versions and tried to manipulate us by not giving us the product immediately..Had the worst customer service..Pls don’t go there
