I recently called store regarding some queries, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The person I spoke with was rude and unhelpful throughout the conversation. Instead of providing proper information or assistance, he seemed uninterested and dismissive. I genuinely expected better communication and customer service from a reputed store. I hope the management takes note and ensures better behavior and support for future customers.
