Extremely irresponsible behaviour by staff, especially Manager Champa Dutta as well as attending doctors. Kept waiting my father for cataract operation whole day from 9 am to 7pm as doctor Kalyan Das left to attend some relative's funeral just before the operation. He informed through manager Champa Dutta to come back at 4pm and called us at 4 pm for the operation but he did not returned till 7 pm. We have waited 3 hours for operation but doctor Kalyan Das kept us waiting, telling lies everytime that he will reach within 15 minutes. At last when my fathers condition deterioted, we left at 7 pm and till then, doctor did not arrive. Inspite of all these, staff and Manager were not ashamed and behaved rudely with us. Manager Champa Dutta did not even return my father's report when we left even after our request. Worst behaviour by any managerial staff from hospital/clinics of Guwahati ever seen. Please stay away from such irresponsible doctors and rude hospital/clinic staff.

A very clean environment. The receptionist were extremely polite. Every staffs were well mannered and they didn't waste time on unnecessary things. Took my eye exam and it the experience was good overall. Now I'm waiting for them to prepare my specs.
