BEWARE : They are FRAUDS , A year Back they got me a flat in The Riviera at Kharghuli on the 6th Floor . Thier Agent said it is a great property and while making the papers told me he will CONFIRM things go well before I shift from Pune to Guwahati. To my horror. Their Agent did not bother to confirm if the house was clean , had water supply or Electricity. I was in trouble without electricity and water for three days and was shifting from hotel to home daily. INCOMPETENT to the peak . They are ONLY intrested in taking a commission. Least bothred about giving service. Incompetent Staff and Useless Agency . NOT RECOMMENDED.

Scam, showing just for 1 day and taking the money, telling me they’ll send me the registration later on and never sending it and can’t reach their number. What an unprofessional service just to scam ₹500 from people in the name of registration. That also they didn’t even show me what I ask for, keep showing me properties that I never asked for.
