Charging too much for a simple frame is not justifiable that too without the glasses. Never visiting again.

My genuine review of this store. Please people don't go here , go to some big store they cost less compare to here & they will give you right lens. 1) first of all the doctor(very old lady) gave wrong lens which cause me dizzyness,etc money loss. i don't know if she is certified to do this.? 2) the doctor (old lady charge me extra 400 for eye test) . if you go to big store the eye test is 250 but if you make lens its free. 3)The person young guy doing all the work like giving lens is scamming people .. he said they will add anti fog coating (rs1000 worth but gave me only anti fog cloth which cost around 50 rs). the good reviews are fake ..its their relative giving good reviews. i have to go to Himalayan store near city centre to make new lens. Save your eye save your money.

Worst place to buy lens and glasses. Very rude behavior of staff towards customers. Never picks up call in time. I ordered a lens then I called them up to cancel it. They didn't pick up the whole day. Then they say that you can't cancel it, but the thing is I called them up asap to cancel and they didn't pick up. Worst place! Never buy anything from here.

Sorry...not good..staff not good enough to just apologize for their own mistake for concave to convex lenses in spectacles. I'm not even bothered for asking for a replacement or refund. But the way they point and talk to their customers is utter rubbish. So I'd preferably give a -5 star which is not available in Google. নমস্কাৰ আৰু জয় আই অসম।
