Good place for your eyes.I came here for my brother's surgery of vitreous haemorrhage which was done by Dr. Mrityunjay Sharma sir. Highly satisfied of his treatment. Well spacious centre, nice staff, canteen facilities available. Overall good experience.

Retina Center (Mia - Optical) We've been buying glasses from Retina for the past 7 years. But this time, (ABDUL BASIR - Mia) 1) He doesn't know anything about glasses... I know more than he does. 2) No discount. 3) They also don't know that UV Blue and UV Cut, and Comfort Zone glasses, are two different lenses. 4) If we say something, they don't listen; we have to repeat it two or three times. 5) The language is very bad (that's why I said Miya) When I asked, I found out he was an optical manager. How did someone who knew nothing become a manager? The previous manager was very nice. He explained what kind of lenses we needed and offered good discounts. He was very polite. For 7 years, we all had our glasses made by him. This time we did not get old manager, so we went to Lenskart. This time, the service at the Optical Retina Center was extremely poor. If this continues, no one will come. This is the management's fault. Such a person should not be present at such a good hospital.

It's in the 5th floor. Had to remove footware and the floor was cold. A bit inconvenient especially for elderly patients.

We have visited 10 days ago and surprisingly we are asked to keep our footwears outside It's okay but the thing is that we have to be there barefoot whole day. It's the month of December and that day weather was also not good It would be helpful if they provide use and throw feet caps Thank you

I went yesterday with my mother, I found that the place is one stop solution for any eye problem. Very polite and professional staff. The services are very fast... You don't need to go out for any eye test .. u can test it right there and got the report within 15 minutes... Dr. S.U. Admed sir is very humble person. U can share your problems with him freely....

Experience are not always good and same is varies from person to person. My view's are NEGATIVE POINTS : 1) Entry of people without shoes and sandals is good but floor cleaning is not proper. Refer photos. Also one sandal for all people to visit the toilet is not hygienic. 2) After making the payment Bill not provided. Bill is essential document after making the payment. But they don't provide bill immediately. They ask to come on some other day only to collect bill. But this may create uncomfortable for everyone. 3) Medicines prescribed by the doctors of the Centre is not available in the pharmacy sutured therein. 4) Cleaning of the Cafeteria is very poor. Must look into specially. POSITIVE POINTS : 1) Doctors are very good and reputed. Looking for a good eye treatment than must visit. 2) All the staff behaviours including reception counter members are very polite. They are helpful also. 3) Query respons over telephone is superb.

I visited the Retina centre for a routine eye examination. The overall experience was excellent ...the staff maintained good hygiene and ensured minimal waiting time. The optometrist conducted a thorough eye test and provided clear guidance regarding eye care and lens options. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality eye care.

One of the best hospitals in Guwahati. From the doctors to the staff, everyone was very polite and helpful .Will surely recommend people who are looking for eye care hospitals in Guwahati to visit this place .
