UIDAI Run Aadhaar Seva Kendra, Guwahati

Very disappointing experience at this government enrollment centre. During my earlier visit, the staff informed me that I could come directly without standing in the queue for a follow-up query. However, when I visited again, the security guard behaved extremely rudely, started shouting without listening, and showed no basic respect despite my polite request. I completely understand that I may need to stand in the queue — that is not an issue — but there is a respectful way to communicate with citizens. Government offices should treat people with dignity and patience, as everyone comes here seeking help for essential services. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable.

Make sure to come with prior appointment. It is seamless and the staff is very cordial. But you won't get entry and line is humongous if you don't have a appointment.

Highly recommend, loved to visit this service. The stuff are so well mannered and respectful...they doing their job very well.

Very good behavior, reduced the quickly, my photo update and biometric was done in 5 minutes.

Worst experience among all of the adhar enrollment centre or no electricity no ups, generators. Peoples are rude no excuses no importance abouts customers
