Gauhati Lions Eye Hospital

Lions Eye Hospital is a renowned and one of the best eye hospital in town. From price to treatment everything is great. No doubt about it. But one thing I couldn't understand, staffs of this hospital (including doctors) can roam around everywhere in & out with the same footwear/slippers, even they use washroom with same footwear, but patient need to remove their footwear before entering waiting area, why so...!! Then what about patient's hygiene...it is very unhygienic and at the same time, it is humiliation. If you made some rules, then make it for everyone. Don't categories...🙏

Very satisfying & prompt treatment. Excellent doctor including all the staff. Been in so many eye clinic & hospital. It's always been day long affairs but here they are really fast & doing it in professional way. Cost of the treatment is also quite reasonable. One of the best eye hospital in Guwahati.

Behaviour of some nurse are so rude they should talk nicely even old age patients are saying they don't behave nicely . patients who came for eye treatment they can't see properly why they even called so fast fast

There are two female employee, they are not nurse. They are from management. It doesn't matter whether you came early or late, only the patients who is well known to those two ladies and those persons who are financially strong, only those can visit the doctors whenever they want. They don't need to come early like other middle class people. Otherwise the doctors the nice and well behaved.

This eye hospital is owned by the lions club of India which is a renown & internationally recognized club. The Guwahati lions eye hospital is located in the centre of the Guwahati city at chatribari area. It is just two kilometer from railway station. It is located at the prominent place and can be seen from the normal traffic. This hospital from time to time offers free of cost services like, cataract, cornea and other complicated surgeries to the needy and poor peoples. This is not a profit earning hospital, rather we can say this is a charitable organization. The hospital is cool and calm and also very neat and clean. All the doctors, nurses & staffs are very friendly. They are careful and cooperative. This hospital is a reliable hospital with all the modern equipments & machineries.

Very indecent attitude from the athority. I feel they are always biased while calling your name if you come early or delayed it doesnt matter for them. There main priority is to give more importance to a group of people who misuse there power for indefinte reason.
