Really I give 5 star rating to Prime Eye Care Center bcoz the place is very neat and clean, their stuff's service is very good, sitting capacity is also sufficient, specially Dr. Prafulla Sarma's treatment is best and his behavior is awesome. I have recently visited Dr Prafulla Sarma,s Prime Eye Care Centre at Basisthapur. I am verymuch impressed upon the hospitality and cordial behaviour of Dr Sarma and his other technical staffs. The chamber was near and spacious. Finally cateract operation was done at Retina centre bby Dr Sarma. The Retina centre is also neat and clean staff attending doctor other staff in reception area very humble and soft spoken.

Notorious, unprofessional. No value of time. Their staff admits that there is no rule & regulation of time. Need to wait 3/4 hrs for a routine checkup. If staff is said next is your turn it will come after 3 hrs. Totally unprofessional. Waste of time & money.

Good eye care center in Guwahati. Behaviour and service of the staff is very well. Doctor and his subordinate are very polite and helpful. All required facility related to eye care is available. Car parking facility is not available till now.

Worst experience ever!! Very poor management! Waited at the reception for more than 2:40hours was never called for check up by the doctor despite of getting an appointment for 11:30AM. If a patient visits a doctor does not mean that their time do not have any value. Improve your management!
