One of the worst hospital in guwahati, they treat attendent as there servant. And for no reason we need to be in line to talk to the owner. As is he is doing some mercy.... Remember mercy just Allah can give ... There is no RAHMAN here ... If you and your money is precious avoid this hospital... GMCH is much more better option then this

The reputation of the Hospital has gone down just because of the security. Doctors and nurses are very cooperative but it goes down when it comes to security, housekeeping and billing staffs at the reception. The BOSS of the hospital are the Security. They make rules and they violate their own rules. Every security guard has their own rules. Which is quite astonishing and has made a joke of themselves. A word of Advice to the Hospital Administration CHANGE THE SECURITY SYSTEM

Very poor management....much longer waiting period even after taking appointment....we had appointment at 1pm but till 2.30 no information about dctr..... Doctors came very late..... patients are already in pain bt they keep them waiting like no one.....very disappointed 😑.....will not recommend anyone visit this hospital again. Suffering illness is far better than taking treatment at this hospital.

Hello Sir/Ma'am, This is regarding my last experience in your hospital as my relative was admitted in your ICU and later shifted to your ward so as a Bio Medical Engineer and also working in the medical sector for more then 12+ years I want to comment as well suggest some changes in your hospital which could make your services even better, 1. There is big communication gap between your doctor team and patient party, to be more specific we are not at all given any update related to the patient's health or their improvement. Doctors just come do their job and went away which keep a doubt at the patient's relatives as is everything going well with the patient. So I feel that better communication should be made between doctor and attender even you can keep a in-charge who will be in direct contact with the treating doctors and keep the patient party well informed. 2. I have seen that the mind plays a very important role in speedy recovery of the patients but sir your hospital cabin are literally very pathetic sorry to say that but it just a 6 by 10 feet store room where patient feel like they are been trapped in some box and also your charges are almost equal to a premium category room(which offer AC, sofa, TV with a good view for better recovery) for some of the hospital which is very close to you. 3. Your pharmacy is in basement and ICU is in 2hd floor so during my first day at your hospital i have to climb up and down more then 50 times since we cant use your lift, since my fitness is good so I did still I face challenges like back ache at the night but for a low fitness person it could be be big trauma. Its not some complain but its suggestion so that your service grow better in future.

I don't want to give even 1 Star also because staffs are lagging in their own works and hospital discharge time is 11:00 to 12:00pm but they take more then 3 or 4 hrs to give discharge..

Wastage of money & money & money, nothing else. Cannot call it a hospital: If you donot want to become bankrupt with 'ZERO or NEGATIVE' outcome, NEVER GO to THIS HOSPITAL. NEVER EVER.

Very bad behaviour of security guard and staff they only ask medicine and big amount of money not a proper treatment is given to my brother
