This clinic is a nightmare. Please don't not visit they are one of the disorganised clinic, no sense of work, i have ever came across. The staff is rude, uncooperative and completely disorganised. There’s zero coordination, nobody knows what’s happening, files get mixed up and patients are left waiting 3–4 hours for no reason. They can’t even handle 20–30 patients properly yet take more patients beyond there capacity, resulting overcrowd the place, creating total chaos. The doctor also shows no respect for patients’ time. If you have any urgency, avoid this clinic — they’ll waste your entire day. Moreover after I came home and saw the review of the clinic everyone is saying the same thing in the reviews. And I'm sure the doctor or the main management head have seen the review but yet couldn't fix there behavior and management. Shame to the doctor and management who don't have moral values, just operating a clinic for the flow of money. Shame on you and you people will receive your deeds.

A place with greedy professionals, illmannered and uncouth staff waiting to fleece patients and waiting time of 2-4 hours for a simple eye checkup. It is better to go to a govt. Facility where one does not pay exorbitantly, more qualified and super experienced doctors, and long waiting time. Why should we pay sooo much and then do not get an appointment. If the drs cannot make time give appointment for next day.. thers should be a limit to money grabbing tactics. The patints time is valueless but the doctors time is precious????? That is why doctors are so badly looked down on by the public and even are manhandled sometimes. The respect the profession brings is seriously eroded by their negative actions

Dr. Jnananankar Medhi is the most humble and down to earth doctor that i have met. He is a very good person and doctor. I would have given this hospital 5star if it was only for him but i am giving a bad rating only because of the staff and office workers. The staff is very rude and act as if they own the hospital.

Staff behaviour is very good n cooperative.... Doctors are also well professional n responsible...

Experience is quite good and Dr. Dipak Bhuyan sir is too good and friendly
