It is the responsibility of the management to ensure proper service and uphold minimum professional ethics. However, it is very disappointing when patients who arrive early in the morning are made to wait for long hours due to poor scheduling of doctors or technicians. This kind of delay causes unnecessary suffering and shows a serious lack of consideration for patients’ well-being. In a private diagnostic centre, such inefficiency and disregard are simply unacceptable. Your centre was once known for its excellent service and professionalism, but sadly, it has deteriorated in recent times. The quality of management, coordination, and staff professionalism has gone down significantly. In today’s highly competitive healthcare environment—especially with so many advanced diagnostic centres now operating in Guwahati—maintaining high standards of service, punctuality, and patient care is crucial. If these issues are not addressed urgently, it will be difficult for the centre to maintain its reputation and survive in the long run. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works to restore the quality and professionalism your centre was once known for.

High price, over attitude showing stuff

We usually visit private sectors to get better service but here it’s totally useless.The staff are not fully oriented to their individual responsibilities and assigned duties. They are clueless.

I am from Kolkata and on a very emergency situation I am supposed to visit Ultracare Diagnostic centre Beltola branch Guwahati. I am very much unsatisfied with the service. Front desk Staff's are not well trained to communicate and also there are multiple time misss communications from their end to deliver the reports. Pls it's a request to upgrade your services so that other people who are not from Guwahati can have the trust on your Center.

Worst experience ever. Staff members are rude and irresponsible . We the normal people are paying for our check ups it’s not for free the staff should know how to talk to people.

Good clinic .overall staff is very well maintained.Reciptionist was very polite and clinic has been very cleanly maintained. One thing I really liked is the staff and doctors are very understandable . Then they immediately took action and they responded and took the situation very well.
