I ordered two single window,s for my staircase as UPVC window,s are waterproof. On 25th June they installed my windows but both windows has water leakage problem. I can slide my finger under one window as fitting was so bad. The company claims to provide 10 years warranty by sales person but they even can't provide proper fitting window.I complaint repeatedly but it's of no use. Service is pathetic, they can only cheat customers.
