It was the worst experience ever. I went there just for a quick dinner, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The atmosphere was terrible — there were so many mosquitoes that they were literally falling onto our plates while we ate. The sink was filthy, just like the rest of the place. Nothing about it was hygienic — not the food, not the staff, not the environment. Absolutely the worst dining experience imaginable.

Ordered 4 half chicken briyani....but these cunning people brought in 4 full briyani...and when the bill came they said...sir in half briyani only one chicken piece etc....even the taste was worst...kindly avoid this place...its not any franchise...Only cheating people and making money is their aim. I am sure they will finally close up....if they continue cheating people.

I recently visited Karim's and ordered the mutton nihari with two khamiri rotis. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The nihari had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if it was made with expired masala, which completely ruined the dish for me. Additionally, the khamiri rotis didn't seem fresh; the atta (flour) tasted stale. Overall, I expected much better from a restaurant with such a good reputation, but this meal fell short of the mark.

I order Chicken Biryani via Swiggy... what a bad Biryani... total wastage of money... Quality & Quantity wise both... veryyyyyyyyyyyy bad

Placed an order via Swiggy. Very unprofessional behaviour, restaurant was shown open on platform so went ahead with ordering. After successful payment and waiting for about half an hour got a call from delivery that he at the restaurant and it's closed. Tried calling them multiple times but the phone number was switched off. Eventually reported this to Swiggy help desk. Expected better customer service and response from the restaurant side.

3rd class restaurant and 3rd class food in the world. Don’t online order they give old food
