I'm visiting 3,4 Times in week. Mumbai Street Bites, located opposite Baskin Robbins in Guwahati, and had a pleasant overall experience. The outlet offers a focused selection of Mumbai-style street food, prepared fresh and served promptly. The ambience is simple yet clean, making it suitable for a quick meal. I tried the Vada Pav, Pav Bhaji, and Sev Puri. The Vada Pav was well-prepared, with soft pav and a flavourful vada complemented by fresh chutneys. The Pav Bhaji had a balanced taste with a rich, buttery texture. The Sev Puri was light, crisp, and well-seasoned without being overly spicy or sweet. The food quality was consistent, and the presentation was tidy for a street-food-themed establishment. The pricing is reasonable and offers good value for money. Service was quick, and the staff behaved courteously. I also appreciated the hygiene maintained within the premises, which added to the overall comfort of dining. Overall, Mumbai Street Bites is a reliable option for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Mumbai-style snacks in Guwahati. I would certainly consider visiting again. I visit again today Date 18 Dec. As usual as it is awesome 👍🏻😎

The taste here is quite inconsistent. Sometimes it’s very good, but other times it’s disappointing. Yesterday, I ordered the Classic Vada Pav. It was overloaded with dry chutney and had a strong coconut smell. I politely informed the cashier, but his response was sarcastic, saying “coconut is there, so it will smell.” I’ve eaten here before and also had vada pav many times, so I know the difference. We had to throw away 2 vada pavs and more than half of the pav bhaji (first time trying it, and it wasn’t good). No offence to the shop. On good days, the food is nice. The owner is also polite (I met him earlier). My only suggestion: please train the staff in basic customer service and maintain consistent quality.

Food is good and prepared fresh but the behaviour and attitude of the employees/staff are worst. They don't respond and are rude and dont have any greeting nature. Also they only talk nicely with their known customers and as i have noticed they treat the local assamese customers with rudeness. If owner is looking do check on this.

Finally some Mumbai flavours now available in Guwahati. Vada pav craving now can be satisfied anytime in Guwahati as well. Must Try Item's 1) Classic Vada Pav 2) Kothmbir Wadi 3) Misal Pav 4) Pav Bhaji 5) Onion Pakoda The food is cooked fresh based on orders. The masala used in all preparations is the authentic masala from Maharashtra.
