Vishal is in Narengi also . A Good shopping mall at reasonable price. Some product quality is not up to the mark. Staff behavior is good , they are helpful to you for finding a product. Free car as well as two wheeler Parking Available. Card and upi payment accept here. Plenty of small food shop outside of the mall. At evening time outside environment is very cozy for taking snacks.

Everything was good but they don’t have proper trained staff, We are approx 20 minutes wait in a empty counter for exchange one product, but they have no staff in exchange counter. They called staff through WhatsApp but no one was come. Then we request a cashier for exchange our product. They have lots of customer specially in afternoon or evening but they don’t open all case counters.

Newly opened mart, so bit cleaned so far as compared to other franchises, parking and other amenities are still under never ending construction..entry towards parking is still at high risk...limited stocks and lesser staff observed most of the time..most of items are from their own brand, therefore, bit cheaper..

However, a notable drawback lies in its billing system, since despite having eight counters in total, only four are typically operational, thereby creating unnecessary delays due to insufficient staff at the payment desks.

I personally got the best customer service and support from the staff and management.

It is just a regular Vishal mega mart. It is a few walks away from the Narengi tiniali. It is quite large in size and has three floors. The variety is great and the quality of the products are good. But may be there should be a problem of ventilation or the air condition was not working, it felt kind of suffocating after sometime. There were many functional counters in the cash counter due to which there was less hassle in the payment. The entrance is decorated with flowers.
