Few days back I contacted Mr Aman who is the proprietor of GS Customs Guwahati and he was kind enough to attend to my requirements personally. I upgraded wheels & tyres/suspensions and few other cosmetics from GS Customs Guwahati. From the time of connecting with Mr Aman to the negotiating process and installation was almost impeccable. Mr Aman is very humble and approachable. He is well versed about his products and instead of focusing on sales alone, he will give you genuine consultation, which he did for me too. The technicians at GS Customs don’t experiment. They know their job. They are not risk takers when it comes to customer satisfaction. Your car will be test driven, properly studied even after installation and will be handed over to the customers. GS Custom Guwahati is a “one stop shop”, where you get almost every after market upgrades for any car you may have in mind. It is indeed the place to go to if you have plans for customisations, upgrades or heavy modifications for your SUVs and even other segments.

Aman and his men did a fantastic job on my car, the fiished product is almost near to factory made. The attached pictures are testament to it. Pricing is on par with similar custom shops but the work is actually better than other similar shops. I was given all pricing and details before the work and i paid exactly that, no inflated bills, etc. and what makes it a better experience is the staff behavior, they will listen to you and also tell you the finer details. Due to the the heavy traffic of customers, I requested them to take their own sweet time which I believed helped in me getting a better product than I expected. Will most definitely recommend it if you are looking for premium quality and finish.

I had a very bad experience at this workshop. I reached at 10 AM for a bumper repair, but the workers asked me to wait. Even after waiting for 2 hours, they didn’t bother to check my car. Instead, the staff seemed more interested in selling their own products rather than attending to customers. Highly unprofessional service I would strongly recommend not visiting this workshop. Instead, go to Car Planet for better service Thank you for your reply. However, my concern was not about the time required for proper service but the lack of attention and professionalism at your workshop. I waited for over 2 hours, and during this time, no one even came to check my car or update me about the delay. Instead, I noticed staff members focusing on selling their products rather than assisting waiting customers. Selling products might be part of your business but customer service should always come first. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve how you manage customer interactions, because professionalism and respect for customers’ time are equally important as the quality of work.

I recently got my Gurkha upgraded at GS Custom. Thanks to Aman and team for the work done. For Gurkha owners, ask for Titu for your electrical accessories job, if any.
