It has good and sufficient parking facilities for residents. The rooms in the flats are spacious. There are 6 apartments and just few minutes away from Royal Global University and ISBT. Highly recommended if you work or study around the area.

The place is surrounded by greenish hills and you can have the luxury of enjoying this beauty every morning. One of the best places you should consider to stay in and around Guwahati.

Absolutely a stunning place for residents. It has all the facilities including gym, swimming pools, a place for kids to play and also a steam bath. More new things are also coming up. The security is also upto the mark.

Great place, away from the city so much fresher air and less pollution, always windy and airy, residents are friendly ,flat is spacious and comfy, has a children's park, a garden to stroll around and a swimming pool as well!

The place is on National Highway 27 (old 37) very near to Purva Tirupati Balaji Temple & Maniram Dewan Trade Centre & Royal Global University & District Transport Office & many 3 star Hotels. There are confusions about its PIN code. It is surrounded by three codes but as per postman the correct one is 781040 which ends with the western boundary of this Apartments.

Extremely disappointed with the 1 BHK. I am still trying to figure out the design. It is wasted apartment and if you want to purchase, please do visit the site and check for the flat. Don't get fooled with the outer apperance.

Perfect stay for family or individuals with a beautiful nature views from apartments of 1BHK and 2BHK type. Though it is located at the outer of the city Guwahati but it is worth because it's newly built and one can live peaceful life.
