Uncle is vry good and polite no doubt with it but I m asking to acer company what monitor have u sent there is a scratch in display if I m claming an warranty of my old monitor it is in good condition why can,t u give a good monitor and monitor speakers are also not working no sound of the speaker i have taken a video of scratch I will share with it
