Extremely bad customer service. These people are nothing but frauds. I gave a mobile for servicing since my battery was dead in just a month. They kept us waiting for a month for which I had to complaint and do an enquiry to the company itself. The company got in touch with them and they lied to the company that we had already taken the mobile back. We called them back with confusion and since they were caught with the lie they then changed the narrative and told that they fixed the mobile. As we went to take the mobile back they told us that either they'll return the mobile back or give them the slip which we got for repairing ! They were threatening us. When we gave them the slip they tore it and threw it away and started to misbehave. When we returned back home we saw that they destroyed the whole mobile network system i.e removed the IMEI number ! which was completely fine before. And now we can do nothing about it. People like these are disgusting and a shame.
