It's been twice that I have ordered bouquet and everytime they had it delivered with utmost perfection. They listen and adhere to everything you say.

I would never recommend any of my relatives friends family members to buy flowers or any other service from them. It would be a waste of money. I had bought flowers (a customize bouquet) on 21st Aug 2024 from the Rajgarh, Guwahati outlet. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, the flowers were not fresh and appeared wilted, which impacted the quality of the bouquet. This made me feel that my money was wasted on a product that didn’t meet my expectations. This issue needs to be taken to priority to improve their service and ensure that future customers receive fresh, high-quality flowers. Also the outlet was having a foul damp smell without any neatness.
