Delivery is fine but they cheat on the cakes. Ordered a pineapple cake but instead got a vanilla cake with a *touch* of pineapple. And they can't write the message properly, it was broken when my mom received the cake. Careless service. Flower were okay.

Highly disappointed and don't recommend anyone if the customers want to take risks up to the customer. I ordered flowers, and they took the advance five days before the delivery date, but they told me flowers were unavailable on the delivery date. I even asked the day before the delivery date, "did my flowers arrive" they told me you would get them tomorrow, but I did not get any on the date. It was essential flowers for me, and I kept high hopes. I gave them the extra time of 1 week if they could manage, but they said those flowers are not available. Then why did they promise me the flowers in the first place, and what is the meaning of taking the advance if they could not manage? If this is how they run business, then they are probably in the wrong place. I am highly disappointed.

Very bad experience from the staff.. We had a college assignment of doing a survey at some shop , so we went to fnp tu ask them if we can conduct a survey on them, there was a lady in somewhat 30-40 age who allowed for it and asked us to come on a day and also specified a time.. When on the day we went there, there were 3 employee a boy , a girl and the lady. Then when we went inside that lady that allowed us to come went inside and the boy said they can't allow us to do the survey as they were just employees and we need to ask the owner for it.. So we asked for thr owners contact details which was also denied by them.. If you are just employees why allowed us on the day we came to inquire and when we actually went why deny... Very bad experience.. Very unprofessional employees.

Fraudulent practice. Ordered 16 roses but delivery done of only 14. Had not cross checked then they can get away with this by simple excuse of counting mistake. Not expected from Ferns & Petals

Spoilt the surprise of midnight delivery as they arrived late. Sent no details of the delivery guy's number and no candles as promised. Most unreliable service despite charging a premium in the name of midnight delivery. Stay away if you want to celebrate special occasions
