FNP- Flowers, Cakes And Gift Hampers

I recently ordered a floral arrangement from FNP Flowers, Gifts & Cakes for my friend’s wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The bouquet was absolutely stunning — beautifully arranged with fresh lilies, daisies, and other vibrant flowers that looked even better in person than in the pictures. This was not the first time I ordered something from them directly (not through the app), but this time the experience was horrible. I ordered a half-kg cake and a bouquet on 31st Dec 2025, and the cake was terrible—too oily and worse than some low-grade bakery cakes. No one could eat it, and I had to order another cake from somewhere else. Moreover, the design, shape, and flavour of the cake were completely different from what I had ordered. The bouquet was equally disappointing, as the flowers were dry and totally different from the photo I had shared. I really hope such issues never occur when ordering through the app, because FNP products are more expensive and we pay that price expecting the best quality. But if the quality disappoints, there is no point in ordering at a higher price. This was a very disappointing experience from such a reputed brand, and I will never order directly from them again 🙏 I spoke to the number through which I placed the order. At least the person was polite and said that he would inform the baker. However, the money was already gone, and the New Year celebration was almost ruined.

I loved the experience of working with FNP team. Very responsive and customer focusses. I ordered flowers from London ,to be delivered on the special occasion of my mothers birthday and they did that very promptly. Highly recomended.

They give timely deliveries and customisation and lots of options are also available for every occasion be it birthdays,anniversaries or any special event.The flower bouquets are lovely and cakes are yummy and they also have many personalised gifts and hampers to choose from.Cons is that the prices are relatively higher but if you are in an emergency or doing a last minute arrangement,this is the place to be.
