I've ordered multiple cakes and gifts from this seller. And guess what? This is the best experience I've ever had in terms of design, taste, overall quality of the cakes and presents too. Still it deserves a 4 star since they lack proper service. At least in my case, birthday cakes are "no room for error" kinda thing. But once, FNP sold me a cake without the name of the person written on the cake which is totally unacceptable. And even after I contacted their support, I didn't got any proper solution which is a very big minus point. Other than that, I highly recommend everyone to at least try this store once.

The staff was extremely helpful, patient, and cooperative throughout the process. Despite the short notice, they managed to get the cake ready within just 2 hours, which was honestly impressive. The cake itself was absolutely delicious and beautifully designed—exactly as per my friend’s request. The attention to detail was perfect, and it made the celebration even more special.
