My order (ID: 70172556) was marked as “Delivered” twice without actually being delivered. Even after raising a complaint and getting the order reopened, they again falsely updated it as delivered. Because of this negligence, my Valentine’s Day plan was completely ruined. What was meant to be a special surprise turned into stress and frustration. This is not just poor service — it shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers’ emotions and occasions. If you are planning to order something important from here, think twice. Very unprofessional experience.

Due to FNP’s poor service, including an unapproved change in delivery time, no support from customer care, and refusal to share the vendor’s address, I was left with no choice but to search for the store myself. Their online service was absolutely pathetic — unresponsive, unhelpful, and lacking any sense of responsibility toward customers. However, once I found the flower shop handling my order, my experience completely changed. The staff at the store were very polite, professional, and cooperative. They understood the situation, handed over the bouquet without any issue, and treated me with kindness and respect — something FNP’s customer service utterly failed at. In short, the only positive part of this experience was the behavior of the local vendor and their staff. I am genuinely thankful to them for maintaining such good service and hospitality even in a situation that wasn’t their fault. To the flower shop team — thank you for being so helpful and courteous. You truly saved the moment. To FNP — please learn something from your vendor partners. Your online service ruined my special day, but the shop staff restored a bit of faith through their decency.
