The overall experience was too good. Very polite and decent staff. Shown the product with utmost detail. I recommend the store for better furnishing items. The manager of the store Ishaq Ahmed is very impolite and once you make the payment he would start misbehaving with you before delivering the goods.

I am writing this review to detail an extremely negative and unprofessional experience at this particular Godrej Interior franchise store (Home story).The store looks impressive with the products but both the sales team and the management consistently demonstrated a profound lack of knowledge regarding Godrej products, specifications, and accurate pricing. For Godrej product I strongly suggest to go to direct Godrej interior store not to this store. My recent interaction involved the salesperson, Dibakar Das. I was shown a specific item and quoted a price, which I accepted. However, upon delivery the next day, we received a different product—a model with significantly fewer features than the one shown in the store. When contacted, Mr. Das claimed that the price paid was for the inferior item delivered, completely contradicting the prior agreement. He also attempted to pressure me into purchasing additional products with promises of discounts, rather than resolving the core issue of the misrepresented item. We escalated the matter to the store owner/manager, Rishika Agarwal. Initially, she confirmed the error, acknowledged that the correct model was temporarily unavailable, and promised a replacement upon its arrival. However, Ms. Agarwal subsequently retracted her commitment. She later demanded an additional payment to receive the exact model that had been shown and initially sold to us. This constant change in commitment and clear lack of accountability was deeply frustrating and felt like mental harassment. It took considerable effort and the involvement of external influences to finally arrange the return of the incorrect item and receive a refund. Based on this bitter experience—marked by continuous changes in commitment, misleading sales tactics, and a lack of product knowledge—I would never recommend this franchise store. For a professional experience where staff are knowledgeable, products are accurately represented, and service quality is assured, I strongly advise visiting a direct Godrej Interior store.
