Godrej Interio - Furniture Store in GS Road, Guwahati

My experience at the store was smooth and commendable. I bought a Queen sized bed and the expected delivery was two days later but on request they agreed to deliver it the very next day which made the overall experience a nice one. All thanks to the hardworking staffs.

Worst service. No value for what the sales people say. Will never visit again. And please never pay in advance. They will simply ignore you and keep delaying the delivery. The sales person without telling my father entered the full amount on the card machine when only advance was supposed to be given. Still we didn't argue believing in their servive but its been a week i have not received the product. They are blame gaming on their sales delivery showroom people. Nobody is taking accountability.

I recently got my kitchen done by Godrej Modular Kitchens, and the experience was excellent. A special thanks to Kiran and Trisha, who supported me throughout the entire process — from planning to final execution. They were extremely patient, responsive, and professional, ensuring everything was handled smoothly. As someone managing most of the renovation on my own, their guidance and support meant a lot and made the entire process much easier. The final kitchen looks beautiful and highly functional. Kiran and Trisha truly deserve appreciation and accolades for their outstanding service. Thank you, Godrej, for a wonderful experience.

Had a very pleasant experience. Trisha was wonderful, calm ,patient and very supportive. The main store has everything someone would need from furniture to doors and the kitchen I ordered was delivered and installed on time. I will be going back to their stores for more.

TERRIBLE Experience with N G Mercantile, Guwahati - Avoid at all costs! Rating: 1/5 stars ( In fact they don’t deserve ratings) I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience purchasing a GODREJ Almirah from N G Mercantile, ABC, Guwahati. The product was delivered damaged, and when I asked for replacement or repair, they gave me a hard time. The almirah gate is bend, but the worst part was that the locks and hinges were missing. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance, I've been met with silence. It's frustrating to feel like I'm being ignored, especially when I've paid good money for the product. Most of my calls were unanswered. When I spoke to the owner, he was also aggressive and unprofessional. His behavior was completely unacceptable. Owner says in ego आप किस से बात कर रहे हो आप को पता है, Bhaisaab!! "I'm talking to you because I bought something from your store and it's faulty. Instead of listening to my complaint, you're threatening me? Is this your customer service?" I've never had such a terrible experience with a retailer before. I urge everyone to avoid N G Mercantile, Guwahati, at all costs. They don't care about their customers and don't stand by their products. Never buying from them again. Zero customer service, zero integrity.

My latest purchase from Godrej Interio , ABC point Guwahati is a Teal colour Aceline Almirah which is having a mind blowing look. Both color & size are perfect. Response of the seller team is awesome & positive. Delivery of my purchase was hustle free as they promised. Thanks a lot Team Godrej Interio.

Worst store I have ever purchased from. In the name of advace payment they took your whole money in the card machine, as my father is old and cant prcess these things fast. And then its been a week my product has not reached the showroom yet. The whole office gets together and promises you fake delivery dates to deny you at the end of the day. They even send you photos that the product has been loaded but still lies and lies. Dont believe any of their promises. They are really unproffesional and perfect liers.
