Gulshan Furniture

We have travel from nogaon to buy furniture for my sister wedding , I got product very genuine with best rate , like their quality and finishing.

Well, I have thought hard if I should post this review; and after lot of considerations I felt it's wise to let the public knew. So I recently purchased furniture worth of 1.8 lakh from one of the furniture house in Zoo road.(the shops adjacent to Gulshan) I was under tight budget and hence could not afford to buy their Dining set and hence I tried different shops( there are almost 10-15 furniture shops from Zoo road to commerce). The prices were quite similar in most of them (~ ₹38k for 4 seater and ~₹45k for 6 seater). Now Gulshan was only shop and the biggest one if I am not wrong providing me way below Market rate. So I went ahead and brought one under 30K for a 4 seater!! Guess what, the wood is solid Teak but instead of curving the design from one single piece they have pasted the wood pieces to form a beautiful table! It looks great, but isn't sturdy. Within one week I noticed the cost cuttings, the underside weren't polished enough, there were physical holes and hard places weren't varnish properly. The biggest issue was the adhesive not solid enough to hold the wooden pieces and they coming off! The fit and finish is too low... And hence I called them for inspection and repair, never came. I even went to them with request, and yet they even didn't bothered. Heights of arrogance. I have however made peace with myself. I should have spend 8-10k extra and got myself a better Dining from the sama place I ordered the rest. Here what I have learnt, always be skeptical about the products which are promised below market rate. There might be cost cuttings that are not necessarily evident to naked eyes but will hurt you everyday for the stupidity.

Worst worsttt shop ever reminding people please dont buy from this third class shop I dont know why it is still even open public should come and break their shop they provide duplicate bed . I purchased a bed and it broke within 3 days and til now they havent replaced it been already more than 20 days dont recieve calls and when complained they never show up give fake statements Third class weaker than plastic so called iron bed .

Pathetic experience with this shop. They fool the customers by using low quality plywood instead of woods for making the wooden furnitures which they claim to be made from woods. Think twice before purchasing anything from this shop

We bought 3 Seater sofa few days back. Product was delivered within minimal time as committed. Though minor repair was required after sales. The owner took special care to service the same on site. Commendable service and product at such affordable price. Big thumps up.
