Home Centre Store at GS Road Guwahati is located in Aurus Mall on 2nd floor. The store has good collection of almost all household items including various types of crystal and normal glasses, furniture, linen, lamps, decorative items etc. The staff is helpful and has initiative to help customers.

Be careful they cheat! I have ordered 8chairs and 4 table from their Guwahati outlet, and while delivery one of the chair was broke (photo attached) and when told to the sells boy, he says they had checked and had send accordingly! I had before hand asked the home center people to send me the photos before sending it in the delivery bus! They didn’t send! And when the package has been received and found that the chair is broken, AYAN the sells boy says while sending everything was alright! Not happy with the sells boy AYAN!

I had a very strange experience at Home Centre Guwahati, After visiting so many Home Centres in various cities of India this experience has been very shocking and unexpected, Me & my wife went for buying some cutlery, we were looking for stores to buy it from, But we were particular that we want to buy it from Home centre only, we went to the home centre Aurus Mall branch, First of all the made us stand in the billing counter without attending us even though there was not much crowd, We bought only 5 items and there is no chance of mistake as there were almost 5 attendants to look after that, one person doing the billing one person holding the bag and one person putting items inside, While leaving after the payment I always check with the items, after checking I found out one product was missing but I have been charged for that, When I went back to the billing counter the attendants exchanged gesture with each other, It was clear that the act was intentional and no apologies were also given for the act, this kind of unprofessionalism and fraudulent activities will only ruin the brand name, I will recommend the concerned authorities to look into the matter

Greatest end of season sale this year saved my sanity with 40-70% discount with all the post sale services, warranty etc on furnishings, dinning furniture, recliners etc. Some of the staff are really smart and customer service stars, like Kunal. Majority of the items are made in China; they are basically offloading cheap Chinese items at higher price here. Quality of furniture and other items which are not from well known brands have quality issues.

Located at Aurus Mall in Dispur Supermarket area, the store is very well maintained. The collection from household items to furniture are top notch with great discounts through the year. Whenever I visit, the welcome is very good and warm by the staffs. They are really helpful and make the shopping experience easy. Overall Home Centre Guwahati is an excellent shopping experience.✌🏼👌🏼
