One of the best furniture showroom I have ever visit. Employees are very friendly and the most important thing about the service .they provided free delivery to door step. Must visit ..if you are a online customer then you can go to there store and order from the store .it will help to deliver and fitting the product hessel free and early basis

It was a very good experience initially(before the purchase) because the staff is well spoken, friendly but the story starts after the purchase! We had a very bad experience with the false pretense to deliver the product within a certain date just to make sales. Looks like it is not the first case but a repeated tactic and there are some customers like me who are suffering. It has been a month and as of today, we were awaiting the delivery only to receive call from the customer care that the delivery cannot happen. After one month of endless follow-ups! We are so drained out after coordinating so many times with the Guwahati team as well as the centralised customer care service of Wakefit that we now have requested to cancel the order and applied for refund. I hope we get it as promised. Mentally prepared for the follow ups that may be required. But in all, a closing lesson as a customer, I want to express that We do not trust Wakefit as a brand anymore! Leaving this very important review to alarm anyone who might fall a trap of this brand and especially the Wakefit team of Guwahati.

Great mattress collection to check and feel. Wakefit is one of the best in durable mattress and comfort. Store representative Rakib was knowledgeable and explained us their options with detail and patience.
