Ferry stand

Must take the experience. I visited in December 2024 and was glad I took the experience. Ferry will cost you 40-60₹ return journey. Managed by probably state government. Beautiful path merely taking 10-15 mins.

The day was 4th March, 2024. Our second meeting. It will be memorable for us. We travelled through the ferry ghat three times. The day was full sunny. All around totally filled with sand due to heavy wind. Another level of excitement. Next day on 5th march, experienced the launch with my favourite & special person. Kamarpatty, take care of my Puplu. Missing you tremendously. This place will be witness of our memories. Miss you Puplu.

Basic ferry stand for taking ride to North Guwahati.. new better ferry terminal is being built.

Don't go for Dolphin ferry. He charges 200 per head instead of the correct rate of 40 per head for Umanand temple island.

Government ticket 40 rupi

The place from where you can go to various ferry services including north Guwahati (Mangaon) and rajaduar.
