They have good collection of tiles but that is not only a reason why a customer should buy from them. The staff is completely unprofessional. We ordered tiles from this place and first time they have sent another set of tiles with cheap quality. Later when we complained they said.. the stock was over for the one's which you asked for. Than we again went to the shop, selected another set of tiles... when they sent that, it contain 7 cartons of broken tiles which were rejected. Now this is the third time they will be sending tiles again. I urge all the customers to kindly stay away from these people and don'twaste your valuable time, we have lot of other good ceramics shops in Guwahati.

Though they have good collections but rates are high. Also where ever you buy tiles make sure you bring sample to verify product at time of delivery. If they don't give you samples sighting lame excuses. Make sure you take a permanent marker and sign on back side of a tiles as a sample and ask them to deliver the signed tiles else don't accept delivery. This will ensure you get what you ordered.

They have shown me two tiles one of 310 per box another 440 per box …. I choose the 440 one as it’s heavy and suits my needs… booked the product next day they delivered the 310 one trying to pursue me that it’s the 440 one…. They are real scammers avoid else bring sample with you to verify at time of delivery

They lie & lie & on top of that delivery period is horrible. I ordered my chosen tile design & they delivered me the wrong one & kept lying that they r delivering them for a month & it never reached us. Such a scam living business!! For they said that my chosen tile design was available but they never delivered it, had i known that it wasnt available i would have ordered from elsewhere!

Hopeless people,all the negative review are correct ,even for their mistake also you have to bear transport charge

Harassment will go hand in hand if purchase is made here. Worst shop in the city i would say. Pathetic service and damaged products.
