Rajasthan Lime Udyog is an excellent place to source quality building materials for home solutions. I have been purchasing materials from RLU for all my home requirements, and they have consistently provided professional and courteous service. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Rakesh Pandit for his constant support and assistance with all my needs.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of tiles I purchased from Rajasthan Lime Udog (RLU) for my restaurant in Dibrugarh. In October 2023, I bought 1x1 Moroccan tiles with a black and white stripes design at ₹250 per piece, which is quite expensive. To my dismay, within a month, the tiles started discoloring. Now, after just four months, 50% of the tiles have discolored significantly. When I reached out to RLU, they claimed that the discoloration was due to chemical usage. However, I want to clarify that I did not use any chemicals. The discoloration affects only the black and white striped tiles on my restaurant floor, while the other tiles remain unaffected. If chemicals were the issue, all tiles would have shown uniform discoloration. After sharing pictures with RLU, they refunded the cost of the tiles. However, refunding the cost of the tiles isn't a viable solution. Replacing the discolored tiles involves significant expenses, and the restaurant would need to remain closed for a week, resulting in a loss ten times greater than the tile price. Currently, after 7-8 months, these tiles are unusable, forcing me to replace them entirely. This will result in my restaurant being closed for a week, causing significant business disruption. For a reputed tiles store in Guwahati, selling such low-quality tiles at a high price is unacceptable. I have uploaded pictures for reference. Avoid RLU if you value quality and reliability.

They have a very wide collection of tiles for bathroom, kitchen, flooring, interior and exterior. Some are imported too. Imported ones take a longer time to get delivered (around 25-30 days), but local ones are easily available. Staffs shows intrest and try to give you your desired product. Also they offer tea, coffee. I would recommend this place.

RLU has the best collection of tiles and stones. They have wide range of natural and artificial granites and also sanitary & outdoor items. Their own tiles brands like Qmax and Imarble are a must watch. Their service is good and will definitely impress you with their variety of products. Highly recommended.

You can get everything, from bathroom accessories, to tiles and marbles, to kitchen accessories, door and window options, grills, balcony designs etc in this center. Its a one stop solution for all those items. You would get the best of the options and the items of the best of the companies, starting from Kohler to Jaquar to Toto, best of the brands, if you're willing to pay the price, that is. The options available are costly and much overpriced, but you get the best.

RLU is the best location for flooring, sanitary with a good range of products, and great staff.

Rajasthan Lime Udyog is the best place in Guwahati. They have a wide range of Jaquar products at very competitive prices. I purchased faucets and showers, and the quality is top-notch. The customer service was excellent too!
