Many complaints are made but no use. Staff do not receive phone call and they divert/misuse my cylinder to some other.Even complaint through Iocl portal is resolved on paper. Indane officials are also not doing anything.Booking was done in January and still not received cylinder. Why indane is not taking action on this worst agency.I will go to consumer forum against Indane

The worst agency. After several days of booking, does not receive the gas. It's not the first time either. This is something we have to deal with each month. Numerous complaints have been made, but they haven't helped. The agency does not receive calls despite numerous phone calls.

Worst service. It's been a week of making payments for new connection, but not yet received the cylinder. Whereas it has been promised that it will be delivered in the next working day at home. The provided agency number also remains switch off or no incomming facility or not answering, then what is the meaning of providing such number.

Worst service by this gas agency with unprofessional staff. No one receive call. IOCL should ban this gas agency. They harrass senior citizens.

Worst gas agency in Guwahati. Booked and Paid on 29/01/25. As on 21/02/25 I have not received the gas cylinder. There is no valid contact number most of the numbers listed online are switched off or no one picks up . Delivery boy's number is also switched off . DON'T harass the Customers kindly respond.

Worst gas agency I have ever seen. Booking done , payment done yet not getting cylinder for more then 15days. No one receives the phone and mind you this is not the first time. When you can't give service, why don't you close it, why to torture customer.

disgusting service.. absolutely pathetic.. every month have to beg cry to get the gas delivered.. they dont deliver the gas even after 15 days and this is the same story for every month. the office number is either switch off or busy. i you go personally to request the they behave in a very indifferent and condesending way as if the gas is being provided for free.. in todays time this is probably one agency which takes forthnight to deliver a cylinder where other agencues are delivering in a day or two..
