Indane - Pragjyoti Gas Service

Very poor service - never rerponse on phone , in case of emergency too - no service facilities available

Worst service. Does not even deserve 1 star. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I can't submit my review without rating it. First of all, it takes quite a long time to deliver gas. Most of the time it takes at least a month. Second, they have given two phone numbers - the first no. does not work and though the second no. works but they never pick up. Third, to solve any issues, I have to visit the gas agency every time. The people sitting at the counter are lazy and noncooperative. Not to mention that most of the time they behave rudely. There is also another room full of useless employees. If for any reason, the people at the counter send you to this room (counter), then good luck. These people pretend that you don't exist even if you are standing right in front of them and are busy among themselves - either gossiping among themselves or with their phones.

This is a 3rd class service provider agency to the customers. Since July 2019 I have been suffering from their worst services. 1. They never respond a phone call. 2. They don't have any manner to talk with a customer. 3. They can never delivere a cylinder. 4. But they can sell their cylinder (in bulk mood) to the shop in black. 5. Always they give their bullshid excuses that there cylinders are shortage, so everyone has to be collect receipt from their office and also customer has to be collect there cylinders from a nearby field. And for this process customers has to waist there time by standing on a line from morning 6am to unlimited time. After all it is worst and 3rd class services in all over the world.

For some funny reason they don't accept online booking(it's 2019).Delay everything. No accountability. Telephone number given at Indane site is not attended by anyone. Only way to book your cylinder is to go there physically. Complain as much as you desire. They don't give a damn!

Worst service ever by any LPG distributor... The Government should inspect on a regular basis on these distributor... Pathetic... Booked a cylinder on June...now its the month of August... no sign of them... Even if you go to their office... the people over there behave in such a way that they are some of the very busy people... no time to attend the customer... Pathetic!!! The licence of Pragjyoti should be cancelled... Harressing the common people... Worst... Many new people are eager to open gas agency and are willing to do good job...they should be given the opportunity rather then giving the lazy people....

Service s are really extremely poor, had visited 3 days for replacement of consumer card book but every day some reason or the other finally today also asked me to come next working day. Employees are very unprofessional.

I'm a new user. I took new connection for rs 4500. I got one stove, regulator and one cylinder after 3 weeks of payment being done. I got my gas book after waiting for another three weeks. Service really pathetic to be honest. What I don't understand is I paid 4500 but why is it shown only 2500 amount in my gas book? I seriously regret taking service from here.
