1)Dimpy basumatary, the tour guide, has absolutely no knowledge about the locations. 2)I was traveling solo. I was not informed at all that the group would consist only of couples. I was scammed into booking this trip by lying to me and saying that there were other solo travelers as well. This false information was given by the sales person named Bitupan. 3) Dimpy repeatedly addressed me loudly by my name in front of everyone, in a very casual and inappropriate manner. For example, she would shout things like: “Suman, make this payment for dinner” or “Suman, do this, Suman do that” in front of the entire group. I am not her friend, and this level of casualness and public calling out was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. A tour guide should maintain professionalism and speak to customers politely and privately 4)The tour guide named Dimpy behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. During the trip, she called me “lalchi” which means greedy just because I did not eat food at the hotel she suggested. Is this the way you treat your customers? 5) You cannot ask her anything specific if you get confused in that area, even though it is a completely new place for travelers. Her response was: “You people figure it out yourselves, it’s right there.” This kind of answer is unacceptable from a tour guide. When I asked about a kettle, her response was: “Just go and take it, can’t you see it?” She was always in an angry and rude mood. I was traveling alone, and I was left alone even before the bypass. The trip was booked with the promise that I would be dropped close to my home. In the end, I adjusted and agreed, but requested to at least be seated in an auto. However, I was left in an unknown place in the evening. This was a complete breach of trust. I am giving only 1 star for the trip. Manners matters . Please do some customer service training to your team

Our recent travel experience with Touropedia in September–October 2025 was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what was promised. • No Proper Briefing: Before the trip, there was absolutely no proper briefing or orientation. We were left confused about the schedule, expectations, and arrangements. • Unprofessional Changes: The itinerary was altered multiple times without any prior communication. Instead of clarity and planning, we were repeatedly left in the dark about what was happening next. • Poor Coordination: The team handling the trip was completely uncoordinated. There was little to no communication among their staff, and we had to suffer because of their mismanagement. • Over-Dependence on the Driver: Shockingly, the entire trip seemed to run solely at the mercy of the driver provided by Touropedia. Instead of being professional, the driver harassed us in every possible way. He never informed us in advance about food stops, skipped places that were clearly part of the itinerary, and even took us to Jung Falls (a sight seeing place on the way to tawang) after sunset, where we could hardly spend 10 minutes, after it turned dark. Every single morning, we were forced to wait 40–50 minutes because the driver himself was not ready on time. It felt like the trip was run on his terms—“my way or the highway”—while Touropedia had absolutely no control over him. Overall, what should have been a smooth and memorable trip turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. We chose Touropedia with the hope of professionalism, clarity, and transparency, but unfortunately, they failed miserably on all these counts. I strongly urge future travelers to think twice before booking with Touropedia. They are not even worth a single star, and I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and makes urgent improvements in communication, planning, and control over the people they assign to travelers.

Our Sept–Oct 2025 trip with Touropedia was extremely disappointing. There was no proper briefing or coordination, and the itinerary kept changing without notice. The entire trip ran at the mercy of the driver, who was unprofessional, delayed every morning, skipped spots, and even took us to Jung Falls after sunset. The owner, Bitupon, never checked on us but misbehaved with my father over a small caution money (just 12% of the package) and even instructed the driver to leave us stranded until payment. At the start of the trip, we were clearly told by Sartaz (the co-owner) that the caution money was to be paid on 4th Oct after reaching Guwahati. On top of that, our final hotel booking for two rooms was suddenly reduced to one. Not recommended at all

Our recent travel experience with your agency on Jun 2025 was very disappointing. There was no proper briefing before the trip, and plans were altered without prior communication. Even after completing the payment, additional charges were demanded, which felt unfair. Your team also seemed to have serious coordination issues, and one of our teammates did not even receive his return ticket, which was clearly part of the itinerary. We expected professionalism and clarity, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short. I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication, transparency, and planning for future travelers.

Worst experience with Touropedia! The food that was promised by their agent was never provided. No proper briefing, itinerary not followed, extra charges after full payment, and poor communication among the team. One of our teammates didn’t even get his return ticket which was part of the package. Totally unprofessional would never recommend.
