I have no qualms for giving a single star review. I have valid reasons to do so and I take full responsibility for it. Well the doctor is par excellence and is arguably best at this job. We went through the entire process swiftly as I was assured with the help of one of his PAs. So till now everything seems great but but, tell me one thing what is the use of a doctor if he doesn't communicate at all. We went to the doctor because we lack the expertise in this. So what we expected was that the doctor will assist us, but even after repeatedly nudging he didn't help us with much information or to say gave us a very superficial consultation. After taking the medication my father got worsen and became weak day by day but there was no way to consult the doctor as one may very logically thing that if he despise talking in person what's the probability of him consulting online, and going to Guwahati , which is 12 hrs from our place is not feasible with a sick patient. I had to take the help of other doctor from Guwahati, who were kind enough to help me digitally. But finally we have to bring my father to Hyderabad. Well, to be honest, I was recommended to Hyderabad by this doctor only, for which I have to give the credit to the PA, who was kind enough to do so. So, my experience with this doctor is horrible and I felt so so helpless seeing my father getting weak and without help. I humbly ask the management to improve the communication and consultation. If the doctor doesn't get time then please keep some assistant to do so.

The staff members are extremely arrogant, failing to communicate effectively or answer calls in a timely manner. In the event of an emergency, it's challenging to reach them since they constantly keep their phone lines engaged. Furthermore, they have a very short booking window, making it difficult for patients to connect with them at a suitable time.

I was extremely displeased by the unprofessional behavior of the staff at Dr. B.K. Goswami clinic. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to schedule an appointment over the phone, I visited the clinic in person to get a direct appointment. Unfortunately, the staff declined to schedule an appointment because the doctor was going on leave the next day. Although I understood the doctor's absence, I was disappointed that the staff did not make an effort to accommodate patients who had come from the city as well as different towns like Marigoan, Digboi, and Nagaon. Instead, the staff rudely turned away all the patients. Such behavior is unacceptable, regardless of the doctor's reputation. One of the most hopeless staff.

Best doctor for gastroenterology & liver-related diseases. Money is spent a little but the disease ends forever. I had an ulcer and got cured.

Not a good doctor . He may have so much degree and exprnce but he lacks communication skills with the patient . He don't have one minute to ask properly and no time to hear patient side story. If u ask more question he get annoyed . Within a minute u will finish your appointment and he will give a bunch of test which may be useless or not it depends . I think he is arrogant. Went several time but each and every time had same exprnce . Plz avoid at all cost . Cherry on the cake is the nurses dek attendents are more arrogant than him .

Doctor or management has responded to only 5 star comments so, clearly not open for criticism. I tried to book an appointment but the experience is so bad that now reconsidering for check up. When stuff think themselves above the doctor then such bad experiences occur and this almost in every private clinics of popular doctors in Guwahati.

The doctor neglected the patient in a way as if the life of the patient was of no concern to the doctor & eventually the patient passed away. Due to his wrong diagnose, the patient which he told would get discharged in a day in a confirmed way, had to be taken to ICU after 2days and after a week the patient died. And the time when the patient was in the ICU, this particular doctor did not come to check the patient once beacuse he had some personal matters. This is the story of this heartless and worthless doctor. Also to note that this doctor has a problem of arrogance and do not talk to the attendants in a good way or explain the things. Save yourself from this doctor.

It doesn’t matter if you have a PhD in your field and you dont even listen to your patients properly. He did not let my mother to tell every symptoms of her and started er writing the tests and after the tests wrote some medicines which worsened the conditions. We visited AIG later and mom got a little better.
