Dr Dipankar is one of the most approachable and knowledgeable doctor. Approached him for with a severe GERD issues. His empathy and knowledge of the subject gave me instant reassurance and confidance to procced with the treatment. He has been very patient with the patient and explains the process of treatment process very calmly and that makes ones trust him. His staff at Narayana Hospital is equally co operative and helpful and deals with patients with empathy, which is a rare trait now.
