Nice place and good amenities but the security personnel is very unprofessional and hard to deal with. Why is my parcel now allowed to be kept there till I can come collect it? Is it such a difficult task to place the parcel on their table just for a few hours? Please take action immediately because it is extremely annoying. Also Do provide a number so people can contact the managers. Please change the front gate watchman, it's been two time now that my parcel has gone missing. The lady watchman always gets defensive saying that she received no parcel yet the delivery company assures they delivered it This is very disappointing and shameful and I hope the owner takes action

Please change the front security guard because I have not got the parcel as it is delivered to him only. He told me that he has not received but later on CCTV it is seen that he received the parcel.

The environment is good. Water is available 24×7 but sometimes black dirt comes with water. I stayed in a pg under MG APARTMENTS. The pg provides wifi, breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner. Students can eat in their room also they can use their personal electronics like boiling cattle, induction etc, I personally liked all the amenities they provide also students can use the terrace, lift is also Available.

The security personnel deputed doesn't know how to behave with guests. The security guy behavior is not at all acceptable. Same will turnish the image of the society as a whole if not corrected.

Next to Aykar Bhawan G.S.Road parking available for guests also good place

My office is there. Nice place. Beside Aeykar Bhavan.

I booked 2rooms of 24k and they didn't refund the money back
