This girls’ PG is completely disappointing. They charge a huge amount of money every month, but the services provided are far below basic standards. The management serves leftover lunch food at dinner, and the quality is so poor that it’s not even suitable for human consumption. Hygiene and cleanliness are totally ignored, and the staff behaves carelessly when you raise any complaint. Please don’t send your daughter or sister here — it’s neither safe nor healthy. They only care about money, not the well-being of the residents.

It's a good place to stay, but I don’t know what’s going on with the electricity. It cuts off every morning for no reason—no rain, no wind, nothing. Lately, it’s been going out randomly at any time of day. The lift's fan runs on the generator, which should really be used for the rooms instead. It’s extremely hot these days, and I don’t know what’s wrong with the management.

So honest reviews, Well its a nice apartment but sometimes the light is so irregular in this hot weather and the society is not that friendly as well as the security they thought that we stay here without paying any bills lol we pay the smae amount have some respect to the rgu students as well.

Had a terrible experience as a consumer with this group.. we had planned for a duplex flat by purchasing 2 flats on adjacent floors, to which they agreed right at the very beginning of the purchase. However, after the entire process of submitting the design of the changed interior architecture, as we are about to pay the 4 th installment, the office staff, on our enquiry , tells that the duplex design had been declined by the “management “..the most frustrating part was the sheer unprofessional and helpless attitude of the office staff who had no idea about what was going on. Didn’t expect such a bitter experience from such a known group! Extremely disappointed!!

Society is good but room sizes are very small. They have shown the carpet area in sqm instead of sqft just to have some grey area in telling the clear carpet area. They are economical residences within a good society. They have started piling work. Working class looking for residence can opt for it. This society has good future prospects. Its better to show carpet Area both in sqmt and sqft my it be for PMAY. Everyone knows that conversion can be done online. But When BUA, SBUA and other items are shown in sqft carpet area should also be mentioned in sqft along with sqmt.
