When I brought an apartment here in 2023, there were three main problems: 1. Persistent water shortage, due to less number of borewells. Water was cut off after mid night, till about 6 AM in the morning. Management had to resort to buying water from tankers. Monthly financials went haywire. 2. Transportation by public transport was a nuisance, since you had to change multiple vehicles. 3. The shops nearby didn't have everything you need. 4. During heavy rains, you would get stuck at Kalashetra, and public transport is paralysed. The situation now is completely different: 1. Water supply is 24*7, with no disruption at all. Monthly surplus are generated by the management, since sufficient borewells are operational. 2. Transportation has not improved, but if you have your own vehicle, then it is a breeze. Six Mile to Shine Heaven have broad roads, parking besides the road while shopping are generally tolerated. 3. Shops nearby is good for grocery, fresh vegetables, meats, etc. For other specialities, quick commerce delivers in sub- 10 mins. Blinkit delivers. 4. Water logging during heavy rains has increased in Kalashetra area. This is true for GS road also. Shine Heaven is no exception. Other positives after living here for more than 2 years: 1. In the complex, no one intrudes or disturbs you. Everything is quiet and people mind their own business. Since entry is regulated for outsiders, I see people go out for walks within the campus even after mid-night (even women). Such is the feeling of security. It is great for people with families, especially living with parents. Parents can go out for walks within the big campus. Lots of sitting space. 2. Playground and lot of free space is available. Lots of greenery. Parking is easily available for visitors. 3. Swimming pool has improved. People are using it for a small fee. 4. Activity centre is awesome. People hold their bday, wedding reception, Puja, etc. all in the campus for very nominal fees. During such occasions, security ensures parking in vacant parking areas with prior information. 5. There is no time barred entry. Residents can enter and exit 24*7. 6. Support for electricity/ plumbing issues are immediately and promptly handled, based on my personal experience. There are inhouse resources for the same. 7. School buses of major schools start / terminate in Shine Heaven, since it is big apartment having 300+ apartments. Great for families with children. Security guards facilitate children's deboarding from school buses, if requested. After living in rented house for 4 years, living in a gated society has been the best thing I have done for my mental peace. I no longer have to worry about locked gate at 10 PM, worry about garbage disposal, be concerned about intruders or strangers knocking on your door, maintain a subservient relationship with your landlord, water supply failing in the midst of a shower, maintenance, security etc. This has been one of the best decision I have taken in my life.

I lived here. Its a spacious campus with walking zone. However the place is becoming dilapidated because of lack of proper maintenance. The management seems little inexperienced. However the water is clean free and available for around 14 hours a day. Its atleast 2.5 kms away from any prime locations, the nearest being Kalakshetra about 3 kms away, 6 mile is 5 kms away. There is existence of club house, but lacks proper maintenance. The pool is dirty with algal blooms, the paints on buildings is too old and starts to give an archaic look. Almost all buildings have cracks on walls, sign of substandard material used by the builder. In mid 2024 as I'm writing this review, Shine Heavens doesn't seem a very good option to buy. However, if offered cheap prices one can temporarily rent in and shift here. Since the place is too far away from any prime locations, the prices asked for are too high for even rent.

Its old now. The building has aged but the prices of flat are still sky rocket. Generally 4bhk are available at a whopping price of 92-95 lakhs

♿️ Wheelchair accessible: 1) All buildings have wheelchair accessible ramps and lifts 2) There are common bathrooms on ground floor which are wheelchair accessible too

The apartments and infrastructure here is very good. It's just that the road connecting Appartments and the main road is really and I literally mean very bad.

I lived in this place for four years and encountered several significant issues. Firstly, the safety of the area surrounding the complex is a major concern. If you’re not traveling by your own vehicle, especially in the evenings (or sometimes even in the afternoons), it can be difficult to find transportation to and from the complex, as it’s quite far from both the Baghorbori and Satgaon bus stops. Moreover, as a woman, I felt particularly unsafe, even when moving in groups of two or three, during early evening hours (around 6-7 PM). I witnessed or heard about several untoward incidents in the vicinity, which makes me strongly advise against this area for women who need to travel alone without personal transportation. Beyond safety concerns, the area also lacks convenient shopping options for basic groceries, with only a few shops offering limited choices. As for the complex itself, despite its size and the fact that it was relatively new when I lived there, it never felt luxurious. Facilities like the swimming pool and playing courts were available but were in poor, non-functional, and dirty conditions (though I’m not sure of their current state). Additionally, the society managing the complex was ineffective; they had no control over significant issues like security and water supply. Water shortages were common and unpredictable, causing major inconveniences, especially for those who need to go out for work or stay at home for daily tasks—something you wouldn’t expect from a complex of this standard in this day and age. Yet, the society was more focused on bothering individual residents over petty matters rather than addressing these real concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone considering renting or buying a flat in this complex. There are far better options available in the city at a similar price range.
