Sorry to say that the visit to this showroom was extremely disappointed. Never felt like visiting a brand showroom. The salesman lacks professionalism, sence of social gesture, way of talking , mannerism and knowledge of the products, way of handling the customer etc. But the brand which is reliable makes the customer to underscore the things.

This is quite disappointing that after buying products from the show room, I have to take daily follow up for installation. Now it's more than 1 week & the Glen servicing center couldn't manage a technician to fix it up. Every day I am asking for it & they replied me the same thing that technician is not available today but it will be done tomorrow for sure... Today is the 8th day I am asking for the same and now I am in shame to call them actually! If they could not manage themselves then Glen outlets should be shut down because I am asking for new chimney installation but what if after few days or months it's stop working & I ask for servicing & they can't manage it.... What will I do then? Sorry to say but worst experience with you!!!
