GRAND EASTERN HOLIDAYS

It was our Second trip to Mumbai and Goa and decided to go with Grand Eastern Holidays, We choose Grand Eastern Holidays and it was from Assam. After finishing the trip we think it was a pretty good decision. The tour was pleasant. The Hotels provided by Grand Eastern Holidays were good, and the locations were very convenient. Mr. Raktim from Grand Eastern Holidays was all the time in touch with us and had taken good care of us and provided all our travel needs. We stayed at Hotel IORA BAGA BEACH, very good hospitality, excellent complementary breakfast, enjoyed pure Assamese Thali. Over all a very well organized trip. We definitely recommend Grand Eastern Holidays to others and looking forward for our next trip probably to Kashmir with this company.

I travel a lot and always enjoy planning it myself. For my last Bhutan trip with family, however, I came to Grand Eastern Holidays for help smoothing out the logistics. I’m really happy I did. Mr. Raktim, my travel planner was very responsive to my asks, and helped me with everything. Also, he tried to make last minute arrangements to suit my expectations. He had some great ideas of fun things we could do and guided me towards what routes would fit best. On arrival in Bhutan we had a fantastic guide and driver. They took great care of us, provided us with lots of information on the country and we were having great fun the whole time! Couldn't have asked for a better trip, thanks so much to everyone at this travel company for arranging it!

We had a great time in our tawang trip organised by grand eastern. Very nice stay, comfortable with good food and very knowledgeable and skilled driver. Recomend to all.

We wanted to do a family summer vacation and picked Arunachal Pradesh as a destination. After doing some research we found Grand Eastern Holidays that had some very good packages. Upon contacting them via their website we got a call from Raktim who would be taking care of our trip from start to end. We were given a clear break down of the days where we will be and also given options for which car to pick. Overall the package for 7 days was great. At the airport we were picked up by a great driver who would be driving with us for the next 7 days. Also Raktim was available on the phone for any questions etc. He was very knowledgeable about the local places, people and cuisine. First day was our drive to Nameri National park. The hotel was great and we were taken through the forest by an armed guard. We saw a few animals and the kids were very excited with the boat ride across to the forest. Next stop was Dirang where we again stayed at a great hotel with a great view and good food. Next to the hotel was kiwi orchards and some vegetable farm. We saw a few sites such as Mandala top and a monastery. After that we went to Tawang where we saw the 400yr old monastery. There were beautiful stops along the way such as Sela Pass, Jaswantgarh, Nuraneng falls and Bomdilla. The last stay was at Shergaon where we stayed at a farmstay. This place was a true gem as we were told. Our room was a duplex with an upstairs where the kids stayed and they loved the place. There was a small apple orchard there and a stream nearby which had trout. The trout caught from the stream was cooked for dinner. The roads through Arunachal are not for the faint of heart but the driver was extremely careful driving. Overall the Grand Eastern Holiday package was great with a wonderful agent who also called us after the trip to ask for feedback on how to improve. Considering all the factors and the fact that Arunachal’s tourist infrastructure is still developing ; highly recommend this company.

We found Grand Eastern Holidays after some online research and went with them for our North East India Tour. After the trip we must say that they turned out to be awesome. We got in touch with Mr. Raktim Bezbora and he gave us good details about the places and accommodations specially the homestays in Tawang and Bomdila. He booked hotels, gave us a very good innova and of course a very good driver.....Every arrangements were fantastic....specially the lunch in the Karbi village near Kaziranga was a delighted one. Rinku in Kaziranga was so generous and so livewire and truly a wildlife lover. He made our visit to Kaziranga a lifetime memory. Raktim was in touch everyday and checked if everything going well... We have visited Manas, Kaziranga & Haflong on 2nd week of December, 2019 with Grand Eastern Holidays. All the arrangements made by Mr. Raktim & team were great, whether its the lodges & hotels, the travel cab, the four forest safaris and other sight-seeing places also. I should make a special mention for the Bansbari lodge in Manas & Landmark Hotel in Haflong. The driver was also very well. Apart from that we have received a great help & suggestions during planing of the trip too. It was our 3rd trip with Grand Eastern. Previously we have traveled Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya with them. I can say that they are definitely one of the best tour organizer in north-east India.

Hi Raktim, First of all, thank you for your wonderful planning and assistance. We had a memorable time in Arunachal. Everything was planned perfectly. Our driver Jitu was very polite and treated us well. Hotels booked were good !!! Since 29th April was my son's birthday, we had a wonderful time and he enjoyed this trip very much.
