Kamakhya international

After conducting a thorough search on Google for disposable packing materials for packing food , I discovered Kamakhya International. Despite reading negative reviews, I decided to visit the place to assess their product availability. Having explored most shops in Jail Road, Fancy Bazar, and other areas of Guwahati, I noticed that none of them offer the same level of product variety as Kamakhya International have. However, the workload seems too much for the owner to manage single-handedly. To improve customer experience, appointing a trained staff member would be beneficial to provide detailed explanations of products, prices, and other relevant information to the customer. In today's scenario customer verify the entire market and are knowledgeable and thereby expect justified prices accompanied by quality products. The products at Kamakhya International are excellent and diverse, but enhancing communication skills, will elevate the shop to a one-stop hub in its field.

The place is located in Fancy Bazaar. Usually the bazaar will be in heavy rush all the time. This shop has lot of items and collection of disposable items and the owner having 20 years of Experience. I just did shopping twice; first order by phone - Items got delivered in 2 days without any damage or missing items; and second order by shop visit; the wait time is long but still okay; Quality of products is very good; Price: Affordable; Availability: Yes, it’s the biggest disposable godown I have seen along billing in the ground floor. Pre order Required for Printed. Location: Fancy Bazaar (usually rush hours in the evening time). All the products are imported quality; Highly recommended for Swiggy, Zomato outlets.

I want to give them less than ZERO... but i don't have option. One of the worst place to buy something. The shop owner don't know manners, they don't know how to treat customer. I don't why people go their to buy. Everytime i went their to buy something i faced bad experience. Please try to ignore this place. They are just looting innocent customer. They think they are one and only seller for that reason they treat customer like servant.

Worst experience ever with this place. Sent the wrong product and when it came to exchange or refund, they kept ignoring calls and giving lame excuses. Don't waste your money here. Plus the customer service is trash too

This place is not genuine as mentioned by others too. I went there and dealt with them but after I came back to my state, they started making lame excuses after every order is paid in advance. Didn't dispatch the order on time. I lose many customers while waiting for their products. Wrong products were received. No proper response. They don't pick up the calls after payment is done. Right now also I am calling them for my amount that is to be refunded since they sent me less quantity for what I have paid. And they are not picking up the call. I will file a police complaint.

Worst experience with this shop… the customer service is just below average… called them 3-4 times after placing an order and neither they took my call or gave any response… however he told me that my order is packed and will send it to my location

If we tell these people to send the price of the item and its photo, they say that they will send it now but they never send it, why do they not understand it

I don’t know who either the owner of the shop or the manager they’re not genuine at all and I think if someone need to deal a business with them especially people like me who’s from a different state and far from this shop better don’t try to do any long term business with them because this people are kind of liar you can’t trust them. When you need something and call them they’ll simply say call after 5 days and so on but never pick up the calls.
